Gelegen am östlichen Stadtrand, in ruhiger und grüner Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz vor dem Grundstück und Wallbox für das Laden eines E-Autos gegen Gebühr. Es gibt einen separaten Gästeeingang zum Grundstück.
Diverse Ausflugsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Die Gärten der Welt (ca. 15 Autominuten), Gedenkstätte Hohenschönhausen (Stasi-Knast 30 Autominuten), der Tierpark Berlin (30 Autominuten).
Es gibt eine gute öffentl. Verkehrs-Anbindung an das Berliner Zentrum und Berliner Umland. Die Bushaltestelle (398 und 395) befindet sich 200 m vom Grundstück, S-Bahnstation Berlin-Mahlsdorf (S 5) 1 km und Tram (62) 1 km entfernt.
Im Umkreis gibt es mehrere Autobahnzufahrten, der Bungalow ist für eine Anreise mit dem Auto günstig gelegen und liegt außerhalb der Umweltzone. Mit dem Auto ist man in 30 Minuten auf dem Alexanderplatz und in 45 Minuten im Bereich Potsdamer Platz oder Bahnhof Zoo.
Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln braucht man etwas länger aber man hat weniger Stress mit den teuren/knappen Parkplätzen.
