This condo is the perfect holiday rental on the vibrant south coast of Barbados surrounded by stunning beaches! The entire unit has recently been renovated. Enjoy new furnishing, bedding, appliances, cookware and accessories.
The unit has an open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, cutlery, crockery and cookware. A hard water treatment system has been installed for the entire condo. Moreover, for favourable drinking water, a reverse osmosis system has been installed in the kitchen. The dining and living room area is spacious and equipped with air conditioning. Stay connected and entertained with Wi-Fi and a Smart flat screen television. Leading from the dining and living room area is an outdoor balcony with an additional dining space.
There is a primary bedroom suite featuring a King size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower-bath combination, a Smart flat screen television, walk-in closet and balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a separate bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a small desk and office chair for remote work if required. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and blackout curtains for additional comfort.
There is a washer, dryer and security safe in the unit. A Smart lock has been installed to eliminate the hassle of keeping up with keys and allow self-check in. A designated parking spot in a gated lot and an elevator are available on site. Beach towels are provided for your convenience.
The complex itself is located on the lively south coast of Barbados; just a stroll away from the famous St. Lawrence Gap. The closest beach access is directly across the street from the condominium complex. Dover Beach and Maxwell Beach are both within close walking distance. There is plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment within close proximity. Not to mention a convenience store right next door! The Grantley Adams International Airport is a 15 minute drive away.
Things to note: Although Terraces Condominiums is at the end of the St. Lawrence Gap, there may be some occasional noise from nearby restaurants and bars.

Summary: Everything was wonderful. The location was within walking distance of the beaches, restaurants and entertainment. There was a convenience store right next door which made grabbing some grocery items so simple. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean and had everything we needed for daily living. The host was so very friendly and organized when sending out information regarding information about the condo and arrival details. If you had a question she was quick to respond which was very refreshing. Would recommend staying here and hope to return ourselves in the future.
