There is an elevator from the street level to the condo one level up. This completely redesigned and renovated residence overlooks the powder blue waters of Punta Negra, one of the most walkable/swimmable beaches in Vallarta. Incredible views of Los Arcos and perfect sunsets are all yours every day of your stay!
This professionally decorated, modern home offers exquisite style and finishes, by tastefully blending contemporary design with complimentary traditional elements. The living/dining area directly off the fully equipped chef’s kitchen flows onto the large sunset view terrace overlooking the pristine beach. The condo's fit and finish are remarkable, having been completely remodeled with the highest quality materials and furnishings. You will be amazed by the bright and spacious feel and the beautiful panoramic views. Incredible views of Los Arcos and perfect sunsets are all yours every day of your stay!
Very easy to access, either by elevator or only a few steps up from the main entrance, the unique layout is functional and allows for privacy and comfort. There are three bedrooms off the main living area of the condo. The Master bedroom boasts an oceanfront terrace, king-size bed, and an amazing en-suite bathroom, with a shower and soaking tub in his and hers toilets! Bedroom #2 also has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom and oceanfront terrace. Bedroom #3 has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom and oceanfront terrace.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all new high-end appliances, and there is a water purification system. There is a huge Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer to easily accommodate all of your vacation "supplies". If you would like to have it pre-stocked with all of your vacation needs please let us know.
We have tried to think of everything to ensure you have a relaxing and fun beach vacation! Enjoy standard maid service twice during your stay. More frequent service can be arranged if requested prior to your arrival. Beach towels, snorkeling gear, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc are all supplied. Our local property manager is here to help answer any questions or take care of any needs that may arise. Concierge service and airport pick up can also be arranged.
Taxies are always available right outside the building, so you can easily get a ride into town for about $5 USD. There is also a bus stop that is even more economical that can take you into town, to the Malecon, Los Muertos, the Romantic Zone, Vallarta Botanical Gardens, or wherever else you might want to go. It is literally a 5-10 minute ride to all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. It is also an easy taxi or bus ride to Mismaloya or Boca de Tomatlan. From there you can explore the locales made famous in Night of the Iguana and Predator, visit Los Arcos, Las Caletas, Las Animas, Yelapa or hike in the jungle or check out Zoológico de Vallarta.
Los Palmares is famous on the South Shore for its architecture and design, with one of the most spectacular pools and oversized terrace space. The non-profit Palapa restaurant serves breakfast and lunch daily (closed on Tuesday) and is a great amenity for all guests.
