Positive: Perfect location on the beach. The house has a nice layout, it’s big enough for a big group. Lovely views from the rooms. Big yard, plenty of room outside. Nice quiet neighbourhood. A lot of parking space on the property. Well equipped kitchen.
Negative: In the photos of the property there are some paddleboards, but when we arrived we were told they aren’t available anymore. A lot of bugs come into the bedroom on the first floor during the night from under the door, they should fix that. Upstairs there is only one air conditioning in the living room, they really need some air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms. The house desperately needs insect screens on the windows, during the night you can’t open the windows because the mosquitoes get in.
Summary: Very nice house in the perfect location, but it could be improved.
