THE SPACE:
Semi-detached villa located just 100 meters from the sea, with capacity for 5 people, large private garden and exit on two streets.
It has three fully equipped bedrooms, two of them are double rooms and the other one has two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower and a large living room with flat-screen TV with international channels. Kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, espresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and all kind of utensils.
It has two terraces of 40m2 with tables, chairs and deck chairs; one of them with sea views. Large surface with 150m2 of lawn and outdoor shower, ideal for sunbathing, playing ping pong or football. Indoor garage with space for up to 2 cars.
The house also has a charcoal BBQ, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and beach toys for the kids.
