Positive: the managing team was extremely helpful and promptly available for everything. the location is amazing and only a few steps away from the beach. the flat is well equipped and has everything needed for a short stay.
Negative: the bathroom has a very heavy iron sliding door that was stuck and would not close - not ideal if you’re sharing the flat with someone. the windows do not have any curtains and face directly the building opposite, so it’s not very private and also gets very bright in the morning. there were many issues with the internet throughout. the managing team tried to ameliorate it with a wifi range extender, but even then it was borderline unusable. i needed to use my phone data plan most of the time. there are several rental flats in the building and mine was not on the ground floor as initially depicted in the ad - not a major issue though.
Summary: once the wifi gets sorted i would happily stay there again
