Owner with a 2nd villa next door in case you have a larger group, but would like to stay close together. Discounts for excursions and tours also available to guests.
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in gated community of 12 villas in walking distance from the world famous Atlantis Resort, gorgeous Cabbage Beach, Marina Village ferry terminal and shops and restaurants.
The villa's kitchen is fully equipped and newly renovated. Living space has high open ceilings and there is a private enclosed patio area with BBQ grill and community pool.
Free high speed internet, cable television,/Smart TVs with Netflix etc., telephone (local calls only), central air conditioning, quality linens and bath & beach towels. A lovely quiet complex of 12 villas with on-site parking.
Also included - beach chairs, coolers &, snorkeling gear.
Bicycles are available on-site - ask for more details
Kitchen items - paper towels, garbage bags, 5 gallon bottle of water, spices, coffee, tea and condiments.
Bathroom items - soap, hand soap and travel-sized shampoo.
For purchase and your convenience there is also a snack basket and cold beverages in the fridge in the villa.
For extra guests -there is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room, queen sized air mattress or a rollaway single bed also provided. There is also a pack n' play for a little one.

Summary: Great stay. Kyrene was awesome and right next to us so was available to answer questions and take care of anything (like the time i got locked out). great property and great location. 10 minute walk from Atlantis. Save your money and get a way bigger place than Atlantis with an outstanding large private back patio and nice little pool you mostly get to yourself. Great for kids. Even if you buy day passes to Atlantis you will still save thousands over a week. An honestly you won't want to do Aventure pass for 6 days anyway. 3 days was great for us. Rest of time we explored island and other beaches.
