About this space Experience stylish comfort in this beautifully remodeled historic gem, located in the heart of Old Town and the prestigious ABQ Country Club neighborhood. Just a 10-minute walk to Old Town, this home features a spacious living room, a bright kitchen, and a separate dining room. With 3 cozy bedrooms and two spacious 3/4 baths with showers, there's plenty of room to relax. Built in 1951 and updated in 2025, the charming hardwood floors enhance the inviting atmosphere. Immerse yourself in the local culture, as this vibrant neighborhood has been the backdrop for popular TV shows and movies like Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, and Wild Hogs. Enjoy a unique blend of history and modern convenience during your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home except for three locked closets—two in the hallways and one in the bathroom—which are reserved for the cleaning crew and not available to guests. Guests may also use the fenced yard and driveway. The shed on the property is not accessible to guests. . We want you to have the best experience possible! As mentioned earlier, the home was built in 1951 and remodeled in 2025. A house of this age has plenty of charm, but it also comes with a few quirks.
