Positive: We had an absolutely brilliant stay at this apartment and truly cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is simply unbeatable; you’re treated to a spectacular view directly over the River Douro, providing a serene backdrop for a morning cuppa. While the setting is peaceful, it’s incredibly convenient—just a short, breezy 5–10 minute stroll back into the bustling heart of the main tourist spots. The apartment itself was immaculate, wonderfully bright, and felt incredibly relaxing from the moment we stepped inside. It was kitted out with absolutely everything you could possibly need and more; the attention to detail was spot on. However, the real highlight was the hospitality. Francisco and his partner were the absolute gold standard of hosts. They couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating, making us feel genuinely welcome. They were available at a moment’s notice for any queries we had, which made our trip entirely stress-free. Price-wise, this is superb value for money considering the high spec of the flat and the prime location. It is everything you could want in a holiday rental. If we return to Porto, we would stay here again 100%. A proper find!
