Positive: Size and layout good - front room pleasant- area quiet. Bed good

Negative: Very poorly maintained, dated and tatty - inoperable blinds and windows, tiles peeling off on kitchen floor, fall hazard to laundry, torn insect screens, nil kettle, no exhaust fan in bathroom/toilet

Summary: We felt ripped off - the property was below standard and poorly maintained
