If you do not wish to cook during your stay, a private chef can be arranged to offer you a wonderful Caribbean island meal. Laundry room with Samsung washer and dryer. The living space is an open concept that flows into the kitchen area. Lots of seating, 4 chairs/dining table, 2 counter height barstools, outdoor chairs & table for relaxing on the 2 balconies that overlook St. Maarten. High-tech outdoor security camera systems, fenced-in enclosure of the entire property with automatic driveway gate to enter the property. Front yard lawn and island garden & trees. Open backyard area in the rear of the home. The nearest beach to the villa is Cove Bay Beach is a 1 minute ride by car and 5 minutes walk. Nearby beaches are Meads Bay Beach, Maundays Beach, Barnes Bay Beach, and Rendezvous Bay Beach. Mini markets and full grocery stores are within a few minutes' drive. With many great neighboring restaurants near as well.
