Positive: Robyn is a lovely woman, she made my stay lovely and even rescued me by letting me stay additional nights when my flight to Mexico city did not go as planned. The location is walking distance to the marina, about 3 minutes... Really you're just walking down the main entrance drive, crossing the street, and going through the big marina parking lot and you'll end up right on the boardwalk! The air conditioner works super well in the room as well, when I arrived back there I would turn it on and feel cool within 5-10minutes.
