Summary: A family group of 8 adults/5 small children had the pleasure of staying a week over New Year's at Villa Maria, perched on its Pedregal hillside with views out to the Marina and the Pacific sides of Cabo San Lucas. The house is spacious, extremely well equipped and graciously furnished...6 en suite bedrooms (all very nice...the master especially so). Daily cleaning/linen service included. We took advantage of the available concierge services and had groceries pre stocked (and topped up) and arranged most meals with a chef, a real convenience with small children to cart along to restaurants (thank you Joshue! You were excellent). The extra cost was reasonable and well worth it. Special thanks to the concierge. We also met the owner...she's gracious and charming. The adults were all repeat Cabo visitors and Villa Maria's ambiance so pleasant that we ended up spending most of the week relaxing by the pool. We'd book it again in a heartbeat.PS. There is a new restaurant just across the street (the only one I'm aware of on the grounds of Pedregal Colony).Excellent.
