Summary: My husband and I were looking for a property that was close enough to town to walk but private enough to enjoy a quiet vacation. This property did not disappoint. This charming casita is located on a hill with beautiful views of the ocean from the pool area and a large upstairs balcony off the master bedroom. It was a 10 minute walk (downhill) to get to the beach and approx 20 min walk to get to downtown puerto Vallarta. Norma and Memo take care of the grounds and clean the house everyday. They were so nice and even had fresh guacamole and homemade salsa upon our arrival. We chose the option to have groceries stocked prior to our arrival. So many fun extras with this property- we look forward to our trip next year.
