Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood. Nice layout of the house. Loved the extras provided, such as the coffee and the space heaters. Well stocked kitchen and laundry room. Best part was the yard for my pooch, a big plus and the reason we chose this place.
Negative: The front porch is an absolute danger. Stairs falling apart, breaking through in spots, nails sticking out of some slats. We nailed.some back down with a rock. Playground is also dangerous, some wood is broken and screws exposed. Wood is so weathered it can cause kids to get splinters. These need immediate repairs. Master bed is uncomfortable, and the spring mattress needs to go. Hot water runs out quickly for a family of 5. Windows facing the back yard could use sheers the sun is quite blinding, blares thru super bright.
