CASA ELENA is a beautiful house facing the sea (20 meters), completely new and equipped. 120 meters on two floors, 3 bedrooms with wardrobe and air conditioning, 3 bathrooms and a nice private front garden. Swimming pool. Paradise and quiet place, ideal for families, diving, snorkeling, fishing and water sports. It offers a unique experience: sleep with the sound of the waves, spectacular sunsets, sunrises and direct contact with the sea all day.
Totally wild cove, almost a local secret, surrounded by other similar coves. It is just 5 minutes drive from San Juan de Los Terreros and 7 minutes from Villaricos, both places with weekly markets. Typical restaurant bar with a pleasant atmosphere located 50 meters away, as well as nearby places to eat, shops, etc. Free parking in front of the house. Two accesses to the house: private garden facing the sea and back door by the pool. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room of 28 m., With two double doors that overlook the garden and offer incredible views of the sea, a porch with pergola and sun loungers, a fully equipped kitchen of 12 m.
