Summary: My wife and I normally spend our Memorial Day at Deep Creek. Our favorite rental was no longer available so we skipped a year. We decided to try Will o’ Wisp this year and oh where we pleasantly rewarded. Right on the lake, centrally located, my wife immediately said we have to come back next year. We don’t have our boat anymore, but brought along a Sea-Doo, which was conveniently parked just in front of our suite at the dock. I fished and toured the lake. My wife rented a paddleboard and went on her own excursion. In the evening. We prepared our own meals except for the last day whern we ate in the restaurant attached to the resort. We were not disappointed in any way by the pool, the exercise room, the racquetball court , or even the casual seating located where we could watch the lake. I highly recommend Will of the Wisp. The staff is very friendly and even sent us some items that we had left in our room. We tried to book for next year, but it’s a little too early still. So if you’re looking for a great place to stay at deep Creek Lake. We highly suggest this location
