Summary: Upon arrival, I immediately had to vacuum the first floor because it grossed us out. Then we tried to get intro the game room & was told was not accessible. Next day after I said we would check out if we can’t get the game room, was given access & it was so dirty that we couldn’t stay. Upon contacting the management company they said they were sending someone to clean the game room (after asking if I could do it myself) & clean the pool. No one ever showed up. They couldn’t give us an extra hour to check out because “cleaning crew” was going to show up at check out time. Never again.
