Two queen size beds, one full size bed, one crib and an additional pull out couch AND futon in living room if needed. Large bedroom has air conditioning (with one queen, one full, and crib). Perfect for a family escape on the lake or a couples getaway in wine country. Private dock, beach with fire pit, and plenty of space behind house for lawn games. Covered parking available for two vehicles. Plenty of parking in back for boat, boat trailer, etc. Newly renovated kitchen. Brand New Gas Fireplace 2020 for chilly mornings or evenings.
