Your beautiful vacation home is situated on the Belle Air Lagoon—part of the Hancock Creek Preserve—which is famous for its kayaking. Your private backyard lagoon is teeming with wildlife. Manatees have been seen swimming right by the dock! Jumping fish are a regular sight and tropical birds sun themselves on the dock posts. Dolphins and alligators have also been seen cruising in the lagoon.
Enjoy the convenience of being centrally located and minutes from local dining, shopping, beaches, waterparks, golf courses, eco-tours, and many other attractions.
