Summary: Cons: 1. The beds themselves were very uncomfortable. It was hard to get a good nights sleep because of them. 2. We were asked to take out the trash, start the dishwasher, and start the washer for towels at the end of our stay. I didn’t see that in the rental agreement sent via email and didn’t see that on the VRBO site itself. While my family and I try to clean up after ourselves anyway, I wouldn’t have thought there’d be a cleaning fee in addition since we were asked to do these things at the end of our stay. While I know some rentals request these things from renters that would’ve possibly deterred me from initially staying here if it were stated. Pros: 1. The location is great. 2. Everyone is quiet and respectful during quiet hours. 3. The condo is huge. 4. Our room was upgraded so the second bedroom had a full AND a twin there. 5. We caught fish and crab right off the dock. 6. Reserved parking was very beneficial since the main and extended parking lot was full every night.
