Summary: The place is quiet and the staff are really friendly. However, the entire place is dirty and run down. My shower had brown stuff that came out of it sporadically. The heater blew cold air all night, but finally went warm in the morning. The fitness centre has a rusty treadmill and garbage all over it. The stairwells look like someone lives at the bottom, which makes it feel unsafe when walking in. I also had an issue where I had booked the rooms for myself and a colleague, but the hotel wouldn’t change to my colleagues credit card upon arrival so I had to pay for both rooms.
