Positive: - Location is 12/10: it’s calm and fresh ocean air; beach, supermarket and autopista is close; parking lots in front of the accommodation; all (non)touristic places are close, you are in the central northern region, about 2h to airport south - the view is amazing: Teide, Beach/Seafront, and City view - all in one - equipped with everything you need, especially for cooking and dining - garden and pool area is 12/10, nice plants and well maintained, so relaxing!
Negative: tiny little things!!! - lighting in the bathroom could be better, it’s really dark in there although light is on - the mattresses could use an update - no AC, but as there are big doors/windows it’s not a big deal
Summary: perfect stay in the middle of the north!!! recommend 100%
