Positive: Handover was great. We were met at the property and given keys and I formation on what to do if we had any issues.
Negative: Location was great and pool was fab. Slightly frustratingly the dishwasher stopped draining on day 1, we notified the company using the number/method provided but didn’t receive a response. Not a big deal but an acknowledgement would have been fine and we would have confirmed we were happy to manage if necessary.
