A large private garden all fenced and flat where you can comfortably sunbathe, eat, play outdoors. It also features an elevated swimming pool (open from June to September).

The villa is arranged on two floors. Ground floor : dining room, equipped kitchen, living room with television and view of the park, laundry room. Upstairs : relaxation room with sofas from which the rooms are accessed; two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, an accessory bed,
a crib for a total of 8 beds.
