Questa splendida Villa risale agli inizi del XX secolo (a. D. 1920) ed è immersa in un meraviglioso giardino mediterraneo maturo, con vista sul mare di MARINA PICCOLA. È un rifugio romantico perfetto, ma allo stesso tempo a due passi (a soli 7 minuti a piedi) dalla famosa 'Piazzetta' di Capri piena di vita, ristoranti e bar, una zona ideale per lo shopping di lusso. Nel nostro giardino ci si può rilassare sulle meravigliose sedie a sdraio in legno vecchio stile e sorseggiare un drink guardando il mare circondato da alberi di pino, limone, ulivo e palme, con un intenso sapore di rosmarino o zolfo di gelsomino sotto il pergolato. O scendi alla spiaggia (Marina Piccola) con una passeggiata di 12 minuti, per nuotare nelle incredibili acque di cristallo turchese. La Villa presenta caratteristiche architettoniche locali come colonne bianche su PATIO e volta sul tetto delle sale interne, alternate al tipico colore rosso "pompeiano" delle pareti (si chiama "Casa Rossa").
Gli appartamenti sono tutti dotati di aria condizionata (in ogni camera da letto ma non nel soggiorno) ad un costo aggiuntivo (pagando l'uso dell'elettricità a € 1 / Kwh,) WIFI (la ricezione è pessima da tempo in questo angolo di Capri, e tv via cavo. Puoi pranzare e cenare in giardino su 1 o 2 grandi tavoli da 10-12 persone. Alla sera l'incredibile profumo e i colori di gelsomino, bouganville e plumbago ti circondano e lo trasformano in un luogo davvero magico.
