Positive: House was very clean; w amenities; loved the pool and privacy.

Negative: I didn’t know it was so far up a hill and driving the hill from main road took some getting used to. I thought it had easier access to the sea. Can’t be there without a car. House did have a musty smell and needed airing out. Could use a screen on the sliding patio doors so you could limit use of AC. No real couch to relax.l
