Summary: The villa is situated within a beautiful, large garden with a wonderful pool terrace facing south. The security, position, interior and exterior make this a wonderful holiday venue. Everything worked. The quality of the towels and bedding was acceptable. The lane leading up to the villa is tight for a large car, but we soon got used to it. Care needs to be taken pulling out onto the road, however outside of what I would call the rush hour, the traffic was generally light. Xabia is a great holiday town, unspoiled and clean with a lovely sandy beach for children. We were very reluctant to leave!
