The villa is located in the small village of Martincici, in central Istria. The restored stone villa consists of two floors and is ideal for families with children or couples. The ground floor of the villa consists of a cosy living room with a TV and a vintage gramophone with records, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two cosy and comfortable bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath for romantic moments for two. From the bedrooms you have direct access to the terrace, from where you can enjoy the view of nature. The outdoor area is the highlight of the villa, where you can relax by the pool, unwind in the sauna or prepare delicious meals on the barbecue with your family. The terrace is covered and has a dining area where you can round off the warm evenings with a glass of Malvasia from Istria. The villa is completely fenced and has a car park for 3 cars. A walk through the narrow streets will take you back to the past of this region, and they also offer unique panoramic views. Central Istria is also known for its wine and food offer, so we recommend you try numerous Istrian delicacies such as Istrian pasta and truffles and round it all off with the best Istrian Malvasia. The Istrian coast is known for its cultural centres such as Pula and the amphitheatre, the old town of Rovinj and Pore with the Euphrasian Basilica.
