Positive: The location is amazing. Beautiful sunsets and scenary. Lots of space in the villa with many separate entrances. Great pool.
Negative: The condition of parts of the villa requires better upkeep. While we did not expect a luxury place (you mainly pay the price for size and location), there were too many broken lights, tiles, and the like. We had to try three toasters until we found a working one. It would be great to have an outdoor electrical outlet to be able to charge an EV, as the location is somewhat remote and public charging stations are scarce and many of them broken.
Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Cavagnetti and will try to return as soon as possible
