Positive: Amazing location, 5 mins away walking to Liapades beach, close to restaurants, supermarkets of the street, and nice pool.

Negative: The photos of the studios are misleading, we thought we were getting a full bed, the booking said “1 full bed” but we got two singles. We booked this room as well because it offered a small kitchen, but arriving there the kitchen was not cleaned in a proper state to be used, the cabinets seemed to be closed off for a long time which release a very strong smell when opened, the same can be said about the room the first time we entered. The room was clearly no deep cleaned, some dead bugs on the ceilings and floors for example, and no shower door, which made taking a bath into wetting most of the bathroom floor. Additionally we had almost no WiFi or network reception in the room which was upsetting. Furthermore, the toilet flush broke two times, and even though the owners were responsive the issues took time to fix which bothered our stay even more. The rooms also have thin walls, we could hear the neighbours a lot, and we were woken up a lot by loud conversations in the morning. Besides all of this we still had a great item in Liapades, the owners are indeed nice people and very communicative, but in our case, they failed to satisfy our expectations and were slow to fix our issues.
