Chic villa with pool, private parking space, photovoltaics close to the well-known Almadrava beach (approx. 500m) in a top location in Els Poblets, and approx. 9km to Denia. The property faces south-west and is very sunny in winter.
Within a radius of about 500m there are the first restaurants such as Hero, Llum, Isa, a supermarket Saladar, Bar Gladys, Cafeteria Stoker, ATM and a DeniBus stop.
The house consists of two floors: on the ground floor 2 bedrooms, 1 modern shower room with toilet, large living room with fireplace, a kitchen and, accessible via an outside staircase, on the upper floor a large bedroom with its own shower room, second LCD satellite TV, drinks fridge and large sun terrace with panoramic views . Outside there are two shady pergolas for the hot sunny days and various outdoor seating and dining options including a BBQ gas grill. To cool off, there is a pool with an outdoor shower and plenty of sun loungers to chill out and relax.
The villa is well equipped, with WIFI 40 MB/s, 4 air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, and on the ground floor there is also modern gas central heating and a fireplace for the cold season.
In the living room there is a smart TV with SAT+ Spanish TV; DAB, USB, Bluetooth, internet radio with CD player, lounge corner and a dining area for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, some new pottery, electric stove with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer + second fridge in the pantry and much more.
THIS ECO-FRIENDLY VILLA is also equipped with a PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM that generates up to approx. 15 kWh of electricity per day in summer, which can be used for air conditioning, cooking, pool and heating, thus reducing your electricity costs!
Directly in front of the house there is a covered, private parking space for one car and sufficient additional parking spaces on the public street at the house.
