Everything you need, but it's biggest feature are the views and its location. Only a 5 minute walk to Lincoln Park, where you can fish from the shore or enjoy a hike through the woods exploring the many trails, but don't stop exploring there. 5 minute walk to the Ferry or Rapid Ride so you are never far from all the Pacific Northwest offers.
