Summary: From the airport shuttle to the wonderful and welcoming staff this is a hidden gem. The rooms are spectacular and so clean and modern. There’s a safe and a usable refrigerator and best of all heated bathroom floor. Walked to many restaurants, shopping malls, Costco and even MacArthur Glen outlet. A fun place to stay in Richmond
