1 Bedroom Apartment with Bedding, View and Accessibility

Vera Playa apartment surrounded by beautiful walkways and Gardens and 3 minutes walk to the beach, gated complex and free parking. 2 outdoor pools, Wifi and English TV service available. The fishing village of Garrucha is a lovely stroll down the beach or promenade. There you will find some excellent fish restaurants and every Friday an open street market. 10 minutes drive up into the mountains you can get to the stunning mountain village of Mojacar with its beautiful boutiques, cafe's, restaurants and bars, also a market every Wednesday. A large village square where they hold there Fiesta's and has panoramic views of the Andalucian countryside.
Air conditioned in both bedroom and living room, mosquito nets and shutters at all the windows. Outdoor table and chairs. Duvets for those winters lets. Local contact in case of emergencies. Outside: Two lovely outdoor pools, one is only open July/ August and has a lift guard. The other is open all year around. Pools may close between 15:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs in July/ August. Children's play area, shared gardens. A small outdoor area just in front of apartment for alfresco dinning and relaxing outside. Bicycles, tennis courts for hire nearby. Golf courses, Gym, Childrens' play zone, Aqua Park, National park and mini Hollywood are some of the local attractions. Lots of restaurants around the complex and in the village of Garrucha without the need to drive.
Airports serviced by low cost airlines (EasyJet, Ryanair, Jet2 and BA), Almeria is the nearest (40 min), Alicante and Murcia (1 1/2 - 2 hours).

Summary: My husband and I have just returned from a really lovely stay at Nuala and Gary's apartment at Vera Coast Resort, Vera. We had been to the area before but had never stopped at this apartment. From the moment I booked this, Nuala was very informative about the property and answered any questions I had, so I felt happy that we would enjoy it here. The apartment had everything you would need for a nice relaxing week. It was nice to have the English TV although we only watched it on an evening. There were DVDs and Books to read if you wanted to and although the kitchen was fully stocked up with pots, pans and crockery, we chose to eat out most of the time. The location is ideal very near to the beach and the Swimming Pool on the complex. The complex itself was vibrant during the day and very quiet and calming on an evening and the complex was lit on an evening making it more like a little cosy village. We both enjoyed this holiday very much and it was just what we needed, but as we went in the main month of August, it was very busy and we did have some problems parking, this was nothing to do with the property though as we had experienced this before over the last few years at other complexes near by. Probably due to how much people love this area of Las Marinas/Vera Playa. We still love coming though every year and we particularly enjoyed the pleasant experience we had in Nualas apartment. Hopefully we will return again very soon.
