If you have received confirmation from us that the desired period is free and you have informed us by e-mail or by phone (within 2 days!)that you want to book, we reserve the house for you. You will then receive the rental contract by email or fax within 2 days.
Payment:
You pay 40% of the rental amount within 7 days and 60% of the rental amount 6 weeks before the start of the trip. After receiving the 1st Rental payment, your booking is valid and the house is reserved for you. You will receive a confirmation from us for every payment.
In most cases, the security deposit is paid in cash on site.
