The connection with the sea and the southern atmosphere in the garden, the scent of roses and herbs, as well as olives, lemons and oranges are the characteristic feature of this new villa in the Cilentan style with two residential units. Parking, washing machine, satellite TV, beach chairs are available. The location on a hill 130 meters below the medieval Castellabate in the middle of the Cilento is quiet, but not completely secluded, but in the midst of several detached houses with gardens. Up to Castellabate, down to Santa Maria. Within walking distance you can reach both places, shops, bars, restaurants or the beach in 25 minutes
