Stock inkl. überdachtem West-Balkon (Kaiserblick hoch2). Wohlfühlen ist in den liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichteten Nichtraucher-Wohnungen quasi garantiert. Die Bushaltestelle der Wendelstein-Ringlinie sowie der Bahnhof (Strecke München-Rosenheim-Kufstein) sind in ca. 8 Gehminuten erreichbar.
