Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

5) We have exterior surveillance with voice and recording capabilities of the parking area and front door. They are in place for security of guests and the home. We do NOT have interior cameras nor any camera in the backyard.
6) We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs for same-day turnarounds.
7) For days without same-day turnarounds, we offer early check-ins and late check-outs at the following rates: $100 for up to 2 hours, $250 for 2 to 4 hours, and a full day's rate for more than 4 hours.
8) Please note that for cancellations of bookings made on platforms other than Airbnb, a Stripe card processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the total refund.
