Excellent boating and fishing location on middle lake of Hamilton Chain of Lakes with access to 1st and 3rd lake. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets while watching loons, herons, eagles and ducks. Rent a pontoon from a dealer or bring your own boat/jet ski, use the public launch and park at your private dock (dock available mid-May until mid-September). Enjoy the use of the entire home, private beach & dock.
2 bedroom (master has a NEW 2025 queen/queen in lower), 2 bath (with shower in each), 2 living areas, 2 decks (one off of master bedroom), private dock & beach access.
Enjoy a wall of windows facing the lake. Open concept family living space provides you access to the deck. Enjoy the sunrise/sunset on a private balcony off the master bedroom. Second bathroom in the lower, access to a 2nd living area and walk-out.
Amenities include tv and cable for your enjoyment, read a book when you are taking a break from swimming and boating, play board/card games or have a beverage off of one of the 2 decks. One minute walk to eat or drink at Kraemer's Three Lakes Bar.
