Great place to stay if you're visiting The Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Belterra Casino or just wanting to get away from the city to enjoy the outdoors. Once you walk inside you'll notice the wood burning stove and the open floor plan. Watch the deer, turkey and rabbits browsing in the field. Take a stroll on one of the many trails on the 20-acre Classified Forest or if the outdoorsman/outdoorswoman peaks an interest go for a hunt (for an extra fee).

Summary: This little cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway! We saw so many deer on the road leading up to the property and in the forest. The house was nice and had everything we needed. The GPS took us down the street from the actual house so you have to look for the house using mailbox numbers. Just a warning - the driveway definitely requires a 4 wheel drive vehicle that isn’t low to the ground. We were in a Toyota 4-runner and it was rocking us back and forth going up and down the driveway. We took our German Shepherd and she loved the property. It was secluded enough that we could have her off the leash as we explored! The only downfall is the how many ticks were on her!! I guess it’s a given because of the rural area but we weren’t prepared and had to give her tick medicine as soon as we got home. The only food in town is called Uptown pizza and they are actually really good! We had a great time and read through the whole guest book! This was a great way to spend our anniversary weekend.
