Formed from the upstairs of the original farmhouse, the orchard apartment features 2 spacious bedrooms (1 King En-Suite & 1 Twin room), 2 bathrooms, a light and airy open plan kitchen diner and living room, with high ceilings giving a great feeling of space.

The Orchard apartment has cable tv, free wifi throughout, air conditioning, a private roof terrace to the front of the property with views over the pool to the spectacular Vrmac and Lovcen mountains beyond, fans in the bedrooms for a comfortable sleep, and a delightful private rear garden with citrus fruit trees and views of the mountains and neighbouring olive grove. Outside furniture includes table and chairs on both the roof terrace and in the orchard, and sun loungers in the orchard garden area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances with a full size Fridge/Freezer, Washing machine, Dischwasher, full size oven and 4 ring hob, extractor fan, microwave and kettle, and an extensive amount of kitchen utensils such as a garlic crusher are provided in addition to the normal plates/ cutlery and crockery. Open plan to the living/dining area a table and chairs, sofas, and cable tv, dvd player and wifi throughout complete the apartment.
The communal areas at Palma Gora, shared with just 4 other apartments include a substantial dining terrace including a stone built BBQ and summer kitchen area, with plenty of space to dine alone or with other guests, a good sized swimming pool with spectacular valley and mountain views, and a large (50m2+) sun terrace next to the pool, with sun loungers and parasols, and wonderful views to booth the mountains and the sea.
At the end of a country lane the area is quiet and peaceful, yet very close to all amenities, with the nearest shop and restaurant just 1km away, more substantial shopping facilities/ supermarkets, the Kaldorovo beach and more within 5 minutes drive, Tivat, now famed for the luxurious Porto Montenegro superyacht marina, packed with bars and restaurants etc. a short drive, or 4-5 Euro taxi ride away.
The world heritage site of the Boka Kotorska (Bay of Kotor) is within easy reach,, as are the historic sites of Perast, Ostrov Monasteries, various beaches and beach clubs and sporting/ watersports facilites.
