The Space:
Fabulous mountain location with incredibly easy 300-yard walk to entrance of Beech Mountain Resort. Perfect for skiers in the winter and those looking for a great summer escape with hiking, biking and resort concerts and festivals right at your back door. Level entry takes you into small foyer that leads into fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and dining nook for 6. Kitchen opens up into dining/living room areas. Living room features comfortable seating around wood burning fireplace, cable tv, Bluray player and pullout sofa. French doors open up to back deck space with a great fall and winter mountain view. Off of the living room is the home`s Queen master with cable tv and attached full bath. Laundry closet in kitchen rounds out this level.
Upstairs are two additional bedrooms- one with 2 Twin beds and adjoining full bath to another Queen bedroom and cable tv. Both bedrooms have access to a small front balcony.

Note:
Here on Beech Mountain we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April. You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains. Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation.
Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, fire wood, etc. We provide: linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.
Other Things to Note:
Parking for up to 4 cars in driveway. If you are bringing additional vehicles, these can be parked at the resort, or across from our rental office in the public parking lot.
