2 Bedroom Cottage with View, Balcony and Security

Cute Cottage on Sodus Bay with 2 bedrooms 1 bath. This cottage is separate from the main house and you have access to lawn in front of cottage and small beach. Also there is a dock to tie your boat up to or a public launch nearby. One bedroom with 1 queen bed and 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with twin over double. Also we have a rollaway for that extra person you would like to bring! Sodus point is known for its great restaurants and bars. You can walk to town in 7 minutes. Kids can feel safe going to town to get ice cream or to visit the park. Also close by is Sodus Point Beach which is great for long walks along the lake and pier. Great cottage for fisherman and families. Come in the winter for some great ice fishing! Use of 2 kayaks with property.
Fire pit is located on site(please bring wood)
This cottage can hold up to 7 people by requesting an extra cot and extra twin size bed. There is an extra charge of $20 per person per night that will be added for groups over 4. No Air conditioning, we have several fans

Summary: Such a great spot with beautiful views! The house was very clean and had everything you’d need including access to kayaks and a fire pit, which was perfect at night by the water! Perfect for a couples getaway or a stent with the family. The host was excellent - very communicative with quick responses. Would highly recommend!
