Positive: This was an amazing house in an amazing location with amazing views!! This place was perfect for our family trip. We loved how every bedroom had its own bathroom, allowing plenty of privacy. We also loved the open space that was large enough for our family of 11 to gather, including the kitchen, dining, living room and outdoor patio. This condo is part of a very well kept and clean community/facility. Our kids loved spending the mornings at the pool and on the beach. The host, cleaning crew and security on site were all very accomodating and friendly.
Negative: The hot tub's temperature was very inconsistent. Some days it was warm and other days it was colder than the pool. More parking would be nice. We had two vehicles, but you're only allowed one to be parked in the parking garage and the other had to be parked on the street. Not a deal breaker. A condominium complex is under construction across the street and the construction noise can be loud during the day. It wasn't that noticeable from inside the condo if the windows were shut.
Summary: The perfect beach getaway for our family vacation!
