2 Bedroom Apartment with Bedding, Wellness Facilities and Fireplace

Trout Brook Unit #4 - 1 of 3 units. New Renovation. Located on the northern shore of Canadarago Lake with an amazing panoramic water view, the Trout Brook compound includes 3 separate units. Unit 4 is on the 2nd floor and offers 2 bedrooms, sleeping 6.The tasteful, upscale décor featuresgranite countertops, contemporary furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer/dryer. Guests especially enjoy relaxing on the private covered balcony withy a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake. There are hardwood floors throughout Unit 4.
Your host includes 4 kayaks and 2 standup paddle boards which the units share. The fishing is great right off the private dock. At the end of the day, unwind and enjoy campfires around the fire pit at lakeside.
Trout Brook allows travelers to be near each other, but still have private lodging in the 3 separate units.

Summary: We were in Cooperstown for my son's little league tourney. Decided to stay here about 25 mins out of town instead of the Holiday Inn Express with the rest of the families. Enjoyed the drive and the view of the lake and also being able to have a full size fridge and washer and dryer. Also, had 2 bedrooms. Our 25-yr old daughter came up for a couple of days, so didn;t have to get an extra hotel room. Great host. Super friendly.
