Positive: The staff was great. They change my room when I could not get Wi-Fi.

Negative: Property is shabby. Everything in this blue lagoon area shabby. At one time it may have been wonderful, but it is no longer. So this property is probably the best that there is. Exceptional rating on Booking.com is ridiculous. Everyone on this property is working all the time to try to fix things. But the glory days are gone.

Summary: Pay a huge price thinking I would get an exceptional property. Not even close.
