Enjoy the tranquility of the suite and the property. The suite is a downstairs apartment approximately 1100 square feet. There is a full kitchen in the apartment. We are two miles from Hinckley Lake, 18 miles from Utica, 45 minutes from Old Forge and 23 miles from Rome. The residence is located in the Adirondack park where 4-wheelers, side by sides, and snowmobiles are plentiful. Bring all your toys! Plenty of parking and a minute from the trails. There is potential for noise as we have dogs.
We add a cleaning fee based on stay length. The fee is $40 for 2 night, $75 for 3-5 and $100 for anything over 5 nights. This will be added as additional so it shall cha be your quote.

Summary: We had the best place to stay! Karen and Joe were great! This is a basement completely finished with a great set up of the common areas and bed room. It's is bright, easy to maneuver around, very accessible getting in or out with a great French door. Clean and new with great touches everywhere.. Very welcoming and quiet and great extras as soon as you walk in. We will stay there again hopefully. It is cozy, which makes you feel like your home! Thanks again, Karen and Joe Respectfully, Beth and Mike The check out time was 10am (which I did not remember!) and Karen was very gracious to us about the extra time.
