2 Bedroom House with Wellness Facilities, Guest Services and Balcony
Perfect for traveling professionals or those in between houses! A two story condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full sized kitchen, spacious living room, and a balcony with beautiful mountain views! Everything is located on the second floor above the garage. We do accept pets and if you are bringing one, we will reach out to collect the pet fee and deposit after you book.
**This home is equipped with evaporative cooling, not standard refrigerated air. If you’re unfamiliar with evaporative cooling please reach out to us for more information prior to booking. The heating system is central heating for the colder months.
Located at the base of the Sandia Mountains, you will have easy access to hiking trails, amazing sunset views and grocery stores/ shopping is also close by!

~ Our late check out fee is $50 per hour, 1pm is the latest we allow, anything requested past this would require you to book for an additional night
~ Our properties are cleaned and disinfected with scent-free products as well as treated with pest repellant that is non toxic
