Bedroom 2 - 2 Queen beds with attached full bath, walk in shower
Smart TV's in all bedrooms, living room and patio. Wi-Fi capability with guest check in and out.

Accessibility for those in need- Main house we have 2 bedrooms which have door ways measuring 35 in.
1 bathroom 30in doorway open to the sink and toilet. The open shower has a 4in. step.
Sliding door to the patio and backyard measuring 32in. No steps in the back yard.
Casita- 3 in. step into each of the two bedrooms. Doorways 32in wide.
Bathroom doorway 32in. wide with barn doors.
open shower- no steps 27in. wide

Guests can access all of the main house, casita, pool and spa. The garage is not accessible.

Must be minimum of 25 yrs old to book. List of guests and ages to be provided. Our home can accommodate more than 14 guests, but we choose to limit the amount to 14 guests for everyone's comfort.
